I was born and raised in Houston. I have been happily married to my husband for 5 years now. In my free time I love traveling to new places, reading a good book, spending time near the pool or beach, or binge-watching a great show 😊

I have had the privilege of working with children in classroom settings for the past 14 years. Although I initially planned to be in elementary education, I quickly discovered a passion for Early Childhood. Once I was introduced to the Montessori philosophy and after experiencing both approaches firsthand, I saw the profound impact that a thoughtfully prepared environment and respect for the child’s development can have on learning. There is a true beauty to Montessori, and I feel fortunate that I get to guide children during these important early years, helping set the foundation for independence and a love for learning.
